Can this be right?

Three and a half weeks ago: 238, 16% bf
Today: 227, 16.4% bf

that would me I lost about 10 lbs. of muscle, but less than 1 pound of fat?!!

I've been training 3 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week. I am eating a very clean diet -- rice, tuna, eggs, oatmeal, milk, protien shakes.

What gives?
 
Calipers and Tanitas are all fucked up latona, don't go by them.
 
use the mirror..the mirror is your friend..and do measurments..around you waits, arm, legs..that sorta thing

sorry, didn't see your post! I forgot to mention that I have been using measurements, too. My arms were 18.25" and are not 17.75", so I lost a half inch there. My waist is probably an inch or two smaller, too. I know I will be losing muscle on a diet since I am not on anything, but I feel like I am losing too much too quickly.
 
I personally think he looks more cut, but he won't listen to me.
I wish the air chambers or water displacement tests were 1) cheaper, and 2) easier to find.
 
Cut your carbs and up your protien, that will help abate any muscle atrophy.
