Can someone help me please? yes I'm fucking stupid!!

My trainer told me to do delts tomorow. She said to do

Overhead cable rear. What is this exercise? I can't find anything on the web to show me how to do it? Or what it is.

And also to do

One are DB extension. What is this?
 
no idea what the hell that is. sounds pointless as hell anyway...if you cant find anything about it just do DB reverse flyes on an incline bench...other wise dunno.

Its Delts.
 
Carth, for the first excersise, all that comes to mind is the movement where you have the straight bar chained up the cable, then with your hands at about your waist, holding the bar (of course) raise your arms till the are completely vertical...in my head, it looks like a stupid movement, so im probably wrong...but, its just my take.
 
It's like doing rear delts on the peck deck, but with cables. Standing in the middle of the cable station; grab the cable on your left with your right hand and the cable on your right with your left hand, stand back about 1ft behind center, with your arms in front of you like you are hugging someone, use your rear delts to pull the cables back. Does this help, or am I missing the mark all together?
 
I've been training and studying BBing intensely for over 12 years and that name is neither commonly used or descriptive enough on it's own.

Sounds ike a damn good waste of energy anyway...

OH YEAH I remember now; it stands for "power-clean and push press (and fire trainer)"!

Excellent choice of delt exercises. Power clean and overhead pressing provide good all-round delt stimulation.
 
Yeah well...this Needsizes trainer. Whom I too am starting to have my doubts about.

I seriously think I will move onto this woman in the future...

this woman STILL competes and to be honest looks much better! And she is aware of Needsizes trainer. She even said that her methods of doing things are WAY old school. And that she lacks on new info and new gear.

Can you believe that she didn't know aobut the issues of progesterone and prolactin from deca and tren?!
