I'm just curious to know why you were coughing up blood. What was it that you were doing to yourself that put you in this state??? Have you considered that maybe something that you were doing was hindering your gains??

I know that the pros put themselves through hell and some kill themselves to get ready for a show.

it was some sort of lung infection that came with a fever and flu symtoms, but I had just started a cycle so didnt want to miss any workouts

honestly, it seems like the key that I was missing was the actual training, the cycles and diet should have covered the other bases. No matter how much I try and change things around, my workouts still sort of resemble each other. But with binettis training, everyone is completely different, different rep schemes, exercises, etc, and all put together in such a way that your body just keeps growing. I;ve seen it too many times with other guys she trains, even when I tried to copy it it didnt work
