Can someone give me the perfect recipe for a post workout shake.

dude, what i dont get is that 80 carbs and 40 protein is like 350 cals!!! How the heck do u cut with that big of a shake that doesnt even fill u up?

I'm not big on fruit, but i'd like to hear your opinion ( I know you are somewhat against if I recall correctly).

I stay away from all fruit while cutting, and while bulking I injest 1-2 bananas per day for pottasium as well as digestion. They really seem to keep my digestion going smooth.
