I was wondering if that could be anabolic. Keto diet is making me ripped but am dropping lots of weight on my lifts. If I used humolog on the weekends during carb up with very high protine at 20ius split between the day could help. Read mr.stickys artical about the the Keto diet where you use insulin every day but dont want to become insulin dependent.
If I use the insulin on Sat. Sun. by the time next weekend carb up comes with have my insulin sensitivity back.
Any thoughts?
