Can an AI be used in place of a SERM?

Do they even have them in australia?
I'm not sure about that. To me it seems like that was the way to go to keep your insurance out of it and not have to worry about dealing with your doc.

You can use a light AI like Aromasin during PCT to help avoid some of the estrogen rebound from having super-psychological levels of testosterone throughout your body. And continue to use a SERM to help your natural testosterone production restore. AI's help combat estrogen and sometimes even remove it. I would never use a SERM in place of an AI or an AI in place of a SERM.
