Came clean with w/wife about AAS

I would never tell a girlfriend, but I will tell my wife (if I ever get one, haha).

Never tell a girlfriend you are doing anything illegal. never. maybe a wife after 15-20yrs, but if you've gone that long not telling, keep it up unless it gets to be too big a hassle.

You did what you felt you needed to do and I think if you are comfortable with it then it's a good thing. I do believe, however that you made a huge mistake. I don't think anyone needs to know that I am juicing. I have told a few real close buddies who I work out with, and one who juices with me, but never my woman. With the negative stigma attached to gear use, just think what a psycho bitch could do with that in a fight, child custody issues, divorce, assault, domestic problems, threatening you with it, blackmail issues. I for one will keep my use private, forever. My $.02

How can you guys keep this a secret from your wife? Girlfriend is a no-brainer but it would be impossible on many levels to pull the wool over my wifes eyes. For one she can see major changes in physique, strength, moods, list goes on. I keep no secrets from my wife that way we can trust each other completely. She is the only person in the world that knows of my AAS use and I plan to keep it that way.

I have been with my wife almost 15 year and used anabolics on and off for the last 5, In the last year and a half I have really stepped up my training as well as my AAS use. She knew I did some orals some years back but thats all I ever told her.

Well I just did not want to hide anything from her anymore or try to explain why I was recieving goods from research companies, hiding pins, night sweats, medical waste etc. It's actually pretty amazing she never caught me.

So last night over dinner I told her what I was doing and gave her all the details, to my surprise she took it very well, and she appreciated me being up front with her.

No more sneaking around hiding gear or wondering if she'll walk in while I'm pinning myself.
I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

the US has ingrained this terrible persona on AAS users; I haven't lived there in a while but it appears (from the media and forums, journals, etc) that the mainstream has lumped AAS users in a category as a "degenerate" -- as if they would a heroin user.

Is this the media or what?
In any case, educate your gf and she won't believe the hype. Its no different than a women wanted to have breast implants to make them look and feel better - yet that isn't frowned upon. AAS is men's implants
