All my bodyparts grow and have grown pretty damn good over the years with the exception of my calves. Right now, bad as it is to say, my calves are 16.5" Next summer I want cows!!! I've bounced around and tried different things with no real success. Anyone here that had lagging calves that got them to explode into growing? What is the key? Training rountine? My training partner has awesome calves and he just tells me that its genetics. I'm so ready to prove him wrong. I've done super sets, heavy, light, high reps, low reps. Seated, standing and donkeys. I'm desperate and would follow any training method that has brought success. If you've had the same problem and found the secret that works for you, please share it. I currently work my calves on Wednesday with quads and hams. BTW, last year I wanted to do a local show, but my calves kept me from entering. Help!!!!
