Dude its not MBE that can look in your packs its the shipping companies... FedEx, DHL and UPS etc... they can... and in certain cases they CANT... the only ones that connot open your mail is USPS believe it or not.

Yes its true. USPS will not open your pack while others can do it.

i agree with you 100% on USPS. from my understanding...a PO box at the local PO is safer that a MBE. just what i know...doesnt mean you have to follow it... the sole purpose here is for informative purposes only. just trying to help my bros out.

I had that happen to me a few months ago. Mail boxes etc. tried to F me and get me to sign for it. Long story short I got the letter then received a follow on weather I want claim it or disgard it. The source ended up resending to my home and that got snagged even after I told him not to. Well I recived another letter from customs asking if I wanted to claim it or have it destroyed. It also stated that if I did not reply to them by a certain date that I could be fined. I had my lawyer look into it and he called the customs agent in charge. He stated that all I had to do was sign the form and check wheather or not I wanted to claim it or have nothing to do with it. So I signed it and claimed that it was not mine. Looing back now I should have ignored it but my wife found out and my lawyer said it was best to clear my name. The agent said if I didnt that it could come back to haunt me or be fined. Probably a scare tactic. Now both my addresses are flagged. I closed the MB etc. and will never deal with them. I now go domestic and send it to sisters house. hehe

I agree with what everyone is telling you.
You don't have to worry about it, just toss the letter. You'll get another one, toss that too.
Use a different address and let your source know so he can resend the order and is aware that they are on to him. So he changes his packaging and postal shipping point.

How do you get another mailing address in a different name? Unlike tunaboy i have no sister to ship stuff too...
