LOG JOURNAL MUSCLE MATRIX ENTRY3 --CHALLENGES WITH DOMESTIC SUPPLY USING BIT COIN I NEED HELP

After purchasing the products for my initial cycle, I was surprised to see that I needed to make the purchase in bit coin. So, I went to my cash app and purchased the amount of bit coin needed to make the transaction. The domestic supply website will not process my order until i make the transaction. They want me to send it something called "their wallet." I don't know what that it is. I checked google, and found the directions to make a purchase via cash app. I have asked domestic supply to send me their information so that I can make this transaction happen. But, it seems that whoever is on the other end isn't customer service friendly. They want me to take a snap shot of the transaction, but I haven't done it yet cause I need their information. Additionally, I told the customer service rep that his company recently posted there is a fraudulent domestic supply website stealing their name and scamming people out of their funds. I DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN TO ME, So, I again asked the customer service rep to send me the necessary information so that I can make the transaction from cash app.

Is this normal correspondence with this company? Can anyone offer me any advice on what to do next if I run into a snag with this customer service rep. True, the transaction hasn't happened, so the bit coin money is still there, but I only purchased the bit coin to do the transaction with this company. IF all fails, is there another company, that is linked to elite fitness, that someone can recommend that has less drama?

Sorry, my mistake. Not sure what I am doing wrong. But I will figure it out by looking at the threads of others
