Bunns, for lack of chest fat issue, the cut of your suit can REALLY make a big difference as with placement of gel inserts. So while diet and training are key, do not forget to focus on getting the right cut, style and color for your bikini top. "That is really all I have to add at this point," the fashionista says :D

Might as well make a note, I do have loose skin on chest, pit, lat region & lower abdomen. I wouldn't go as far as to say 'back fat' but you can see my sports bras outline & skin bubbling out a little :)

The chest imo - is the most difficult of pinches to get properly, especially on women. Usually, when it feels like you have it, if you pull just slightly, you will feel it drop to a smaller amount, like crossing over a ridge....since chest pinches are usually fairly low(in comparison to thighs etc) an overstimation will throw a large error into the Jackson Pollack equation(or similar) that the trainer is using, since it is a larger percentage of error.

I JUST did that, & can feel the drop. I am going to have bruises.

For shitsngiggles, I'll be conservative & say 12 would be a better figure (going from previous pinches) ... Any idea how MUCH that would bring it down?

Yup, got that right. NOW which suit to look for, THAT is going to be tough.

Oh PLEASE, do tell me what you would suggest sweetie! You are my fashion advisor lol :rose:
 
Assuming 5 mm difference on a 115mm total folds is a difference of 29% error for the Chest pinch - that translates into a OVERALL difference of about 4.5%.

Chest fold is only ONE measurement - but that would indicate an OVERALL OVERestimation of probably 1-1.5%.
