I do NOT want to overload my body with any more pills than I need BUT I cannot get sick. Curious as to what others think I should take, add back in, etc... For consideration ...

Possible BCAA's? Why or why not? (Never taken these)

Ginger/Cayenne/Garlic - one or all of these, some have combos, looking more for health benefits to NOT get sick.
Vit C & Cranberry - all i take now basically
Cal/Mag - I take this too
