Well, change of location could contribute to the energy level dips no? Change in temps? Or have you always been in london? Remind me ... maybe you;re getting adjusted to things?

You can feel the opposite effects if you are overstim'd & If you only Drink 3 L of water a day, I'd try to slowly bump that up more...

Hey bun! Yeah maybe I should up the Calories.. my roughly intake is 800/950 Calories.. 2 T-Rex on empty stomach is fine for me.. I was sick when I took the whole recommended amount 6!! hell yea.. that was a bad day.. ewwwhh..

SLOWLY bump the cals ... dont want you to start chowing,m then swell & bloat & freak out like OMG what did I do ... slowly up the water weekely, add about 100 cals more a day ... healthy fats easy way ... I WOULDN'T drop under 1200 ... EVER ... I don't care if you weigh 90 lbs either
