My first CUT it was about ~ 1.36 % bf a week for 12.5 weeks , maybe ~35 lbs?? off top of my head ... if you want to number crunch ...

& that was one BP a day ... The Basic Shadow Plan Specifically outlined in the announcement EF did for me .. I was able to do a quick summary on there, and honestly looking back, it was not serious work at all, although since it was 'new' ... seemed difficult ... basically 2- 3 days HIIT, 2 days (maybe 3 abs) 1 day regular 'free cardio' .... Dedication & Determination ...
As of late, cut # 2, I busted my butt for 14-16 weeks to put ON this muscle, unclean 'bulk' & Now cut the fat off, so yes serious work has been involved for the goals I've set for myself 'this time around' .... IMO, way tougher, which I prefer, and I went a different route to see how my body responds to different traing styles. No better test subject than myself

Sure is .. and YES DIET is #1 ...
& you are right ... #'s only mess with your head in the end ... whether you compete or NOT ... they than make or break you .. so have other means to track progress.. I cannot stress HOW important that is ...
