Dont know, but i havnt read you having a real day off in a while. I didnt have a day off and it was getting to me. Took off 3 from weighlifting 1 from everything and woke up like a new person both in and out of the gym.

Good morning :) I just took an entire day off & got myself a 90 minute full body deep tissue hun ... another one sceduled very soon as well ... :) You need to read a little pic close & stop ogling my pics... :D

Wish I would have know this before my AM cardio today-----could have sworn the suffering was mixed in there w/ the pain. I must have been wrong.

Now I am NOT hung up on this number, I LOOK great ... what matters is the difference in the skinfolds ... seeing the definition, my face lean out, the cuts ... and now the drops in the actual pinch sites is just fantastic ... and the look on my girl doing the pinches is even better I still drink over 2 gallons of water a day, and I feel I look puffy & watery ... with that said

I feel my pre/post workout nutrition, along with my #1 Diet, #2 Training, and #3 Supps are all contributing factors. Again DIET DIET DIET being # 1. My focus is to drop BF & cut, but not as fast as I did 1st time around.

I am fully confident that these #'s will continue to drop and I really am very pleased with the ways things have been going.

- LBM has increased the last two times since my first BF track at the start of my cut

- I am NOT hung up on these numbers, again, it is a pleasant surprise to see I am on the right track...
- Ridding the alcohol has worked wonders for my body & mind & ability to drop Fat much easier...

- Scale Weight Continuing to drop, Still NO LBM has been lost, only gains since I started my cut, clean diet, lower cals & insane training regime … I :heart: me … I do not foresee the weight leaving the 150’s at my leanest .. I have way too much muscle to get to the 138 area as I was in April _05 for the photo shoot

- The trainer doing my pinches did finally notice the total boobage shrinkage :D and over shape of my legs, the peaks in my shoulders & striations apparent not pumped at all … abs visible, calves viable & ab veins visible …

- AS ALWAYS … I am NOT hung up on these numbers, again, it is a pleasant surprise to see I am on the right track considering this emotional roller coaster I have put myself on … :) … Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...

- Still feel that dumping ANY alcohol consumption has worked for my body & mind & ability to drop Fat much easier... So when I take my 1st sip Memorial Day weekend sometime, it will be enjoyable, yet tough at the same time, since I have NO inclination to drink at this point … Nice Glass of wine to go with a big fat Prime Rib will suffice …

- Refeeds are NOT a bad things… any type of nuts have turned into my ANPB … those have been tossed and other courses of fats will be implemented… particularly looking for Fish Oil caps

All is good.. Lacking in abit of energy.. I think sometimes T-rex can work the opposite if its being used everyday! On Monday, I was so tired.. honestly I nearly slept all day.. Only in the evening I put 25min of slow..ish running.. My legs felt like Jelly tho..

Feel good today but not super super! So busy next week too, have to be in studio by 6.30am so better start workout 4.30am all next week! If I have the energy! Anyway Bunny will keep u posted as always!!!! Continue to be amazing! :) :)

More power to 'em ... :) Just compare starting to where I am now that the pinch sites DROPPING ... Lean Body Mass increasing, WHILE I AM CUTTING, at a cal deficit and double timing at the gym ...

Proper meal timing? Food Choices? Training? Just LISTENING to my body ... I have been quite successful & it's posts like this that is what keeps me going. SO THANK YOU for helping me in MY life as well ...

My first CUT it was about ~ 1.36 % bf a week for 12.5 weeks , maybe ~35 lbs?? off top of my head ... if you want to number crunch ... :) & that was one BP a day ... The Basic Shadow Plan Specifically outlined in the announcement EF did for me .. I was able to do a quick summary on there, and honestly looking back, it was not serious work at all, although since it was 'new' ... seemed difficult ... basically 2- 3 days HIIT, 2 days (maybe 3 abs) 1 day regular 'free cardio' .... Dedication & Determination ...

As of late, cut # 2, I busted my butt for 14-16 weeks to put ON this muscle, unclean 'bulk' & Now cut the fat off, so yes serious work has been involved for the goals I've set for myself 'this time around' .... IMO, way tougher, which I prefer, and I went a different route to see how my body responds to different traing styles. No better test subject than myself

So what conclusion did you come to as far as the StimX goes? Got a sample coming any day now.....

...I was having issues with what seemed to be acid reflux or heartburn. The only thing I changed that it could have been was the nightly Oxy. I haven't been using it for the last couple of days, but I'm going to see if a lesser dosage will stop the side effect :whatever:

OK here's a generic play-by-play lol :

I have my Cardio Breeze sitting right next to my bed with 1 L of water ... 4 am, roll over, take them, chug water ... etc .... SO, I chug 1 L when I get up/as I get ready/on way to gym/at gym ... refill ... = 2 L by the time I get home / shower/ get ready / Supp Load #1 which requires MAJOR water as well ... etc... I have #3 sitting right in front me too ...

I cannot make an accurate critique of a supp for a period of four days... which is all that is in the sample. I enjoyed it, got me thru a tough leg day, crashed post though, but since one of the main complaints is that the 'stim' fades quickly ... don't even FEEL it anymore & some never again, that is why I asked for 2 weeks to try it to give full analysis ... never received more or got a reply back... SO I would NOT buy a bottle unless testing it out first.

ABout the Oxy ... I can't imagine how you'd get AR from a nasal spray unless you were really loading up on it ... are you OVER dosing it?

Hey Bun! Carb intake is mainly oats.. No bread, pasta well nothing carb.. but I'll make myself an oat yogurt with strawberries.. and have 2 bananas a day.. oats usually make me nice and full! When I get out of bed I'm just lacking in that morning energy buzz... I only drink water.. I don't like fizzy drinks.. and I've never touched alcohol and don't intend too! Can't stand the smell just everything about it!

morning
7/8am: 2 T-rex then workout when it kicks in!

then workout 45min to an hour.. straight after, protein shake..

10/11pm: banana, low fat greek yogurt

2pm: 1 T-rex and oat yogurt and good amount of nuts

4/5pm: Turkey and spinach burger (I make myself) with lots of salad and yogurt

Drink up to 3litres of water.. Then herbal tea before bed

Whats yr opinion bunny??

T-Rex works better WITH carbs yes ...

You can feel the opposite effects if you are overstim'd & If you only Drink 3 L of water a day, I'd try to slowly bump that up more...

Dang 2 T-Rex on empty Stomach ... I'm :sick: thinking about it :)

Hey bun! Yeah maybe I should up the Calories.. my roughly intake is 800/950 Calories.. 2 T-Rex on empty stomach is fine for me.. I was sick when I took the whole recommended amount 6!! hell yea.. that was a bad day.. ewwwhh..

I live in London.. grew up here.. its jus getting warmer! I'll up the intake abit see how it goes! Have a great Sunday! I'm off to bed!! first YOHIMBURN.. then bed! :) Thanks again Bun!
