I cannot make an accurate critique of a supp for a period of four days... which is all that is in the sample. I enjoyed it, got me thru a tough leg day, crashed post though, but since one of the main complaints is that the 'stim' fades quickly ... don't even FEEL it anymore & some never again, that is why I asked for 2 weeks to try it to give full analysis ... never received more or got a reply back... Drink up to 3litres of water.. Then herbal tea before bed

You can feel the opposite effects if you are overstim'd & If you only Drink 3 L of water a day, I'd try to slowly bump that up more...
