I felt like I was hit by a Mac truck this morning.. as if I had the worst hangover EVER … the CB helped me NOT fall back asleep, slept in til about 7:30 am … finally made it out & got in a quality workout … could have been better, but at least I made it … and am STILL *smiling*
***after 3 runs I wanted to quit & pushed myself to finish AT LEAST 10 running .. “no matta what” … Sure it’s odd I talk myself through these difficult tasks, but it had to be done … good thing no one was around for the sprints, b/c I literally was saying out loud “push it Mandi, three more.. what or was that four more … danggit … FOCUS …” …
I do this all the time. I swear people think I have a mental disorder but sometimes it's the only way I can get through it.
Just got back from shopping and lemme tell you, the last few times I was about to cry in the dressing room ... just so UNFUN for me ... and I cannot stand to (1) go to a Mall or (2) try on clothes ... PERIOD...
