Damn bunz! GOOD Shit with the Step Mill. WAY better than what i co do on it, i die on the step mill.

But my new location at work is on the 3rd floor. and i DONT take the elevator, no matter how many bags i got w/ me, This is my cardio for the day lol. I do run up the stairs tho when im bagless.

BEAUTIFUL WORKOUTS BUNS! Cardio is great cant wait for some pics. Def bet u can see improvement w/ ease.

I live on top floor (condo), stairs only ... shopping trips usually require at LEAST 3 trips :) ... mini cardio session right there :)

It's great that you're getting the most out of them :) I do that at malls too, avoid escalators, elevators as often as possible, anything above 8 flights is kinda tough with luggage etc... :)

ok Bunnyluv. I have a Cardio Breeze first-time-usage story:

Got my Cardio Breeze yesterday (with my new ANAFIT T-shirt :D). I decided to pull a "Bunny" and put the bottle on my bedside table - wake up at 5 am and pop 2 - lay back down until the Cardio Breeze said "waky wakey!"

I fell back asleep right away and dreamed that I kept getting up to take 2 more Cardio Breeze capsules. I sat up 3 times to take them! (or so my dream went.) I actually did wake up at about 5:45 and had to empty my bottle of Cardio Breeze and count capsules to make sure I didn't take 12 of them. :D duh.

As a side note, I should have ordered this stuff a long time ago. It rocks.

Why so many? Why not I guess? They are good & I like em :) Filling, seem to hit my sweet tooth ... work for my diet ... just another little something I've experimented & body seems to respond very well :) No 'reason' behind it, I just basically follow what my body wants these days ;)

I still have to update my log from last night ... quite a bit distracted today ... & busy, mind is all over the place.

My workout last night took a little longer than usualy ... b/c the lady who does my BF made it a point to come up to me & ask questions about what I've been through. I must say I was so moved, and HAPPY to answer any questions she had. When she first did my BF way back in Feb when I started cutting, she was afraid to tell me the number ... I assured her I didn't care, it's not a big deal, over the next few weeks she is going to be amazed at what she sees ... can you imagine, "Poor girl ... I hear this all the time ... hope she's not too disappointed ... " she's probably thinking.

I showed her and one of the other regular trainers the announcement ... if you Google "Amanda Victoria" Look on the right hand side, you will see a link to my story... and they read it (there happens to be a porn star by that name too, danngit!!!)

She indicated how refreshing it is to actually see such an amazing transformation, IN PERSON, every day, AM PM, busting ass, lifting heavy ... terrified of my falling backward & cracking my head (while Step Mill running) ... then going up stairs to crack out some sprints .... (You can see the runners upstairs from the lower open level) ... how it's refreshing for her to SEE someone follow through on what they say, and really give her all at something, and the Cancer issue just takes it to an infinite level ... you can imagine a trainer's frustration with some 'stubborn' people ...

Mary, if you read this, what you said really motivated me to try harder, even if you think that isn't possible. You are right, I love helping people, I LOVE doing this, this is ME ... I just need to get through these next few years.. good things will happen ... And I Thank you & Bob for taking the time out to really talk to and learn from me & my experiences, ask questions, shake your head when I walk by & smile :) ... you both encompass what trainers should be & I am proud to know you as well ... :rose:

There is also something else I'd like to share ... I just have to figure out how to post it ...

Women like you dont come along too often these days. Keep that in mind at ALL times!! You are so great and wonderful and are always there to either whip us when we're lazy, give words of whisdom when we're down, and just give lots of love and advice when ever possible. Thanks so much for supporting me. Ive been through a lot these past few years ( not even close to you...in any sense) but Im finally on the right track!

So, with the goal of added strength in mind, I entertained the possiblity of a 5 X 5 briefly & came across DZLS's pics, log, etc.. he has a very similar base to Mr. B but Mr. B is almost 6'5 ... same frame anyhow ... and he's like I wanna look like that (very hard for him b/c he plays baseball & getting 'too big' is just not a great idea for someone who is more than just a power hitter)

So with that said ... he wanted to share this with me... *tear* ... and since I love throwing curve balls out to you guys... & tolet you now he's still doing well, alive & kicking some major ass... thought I'd throw in his curve ball story as well ...

"On April 18 2006 I hit the longest homerun ever recorded at my home field measuring over 500 feet. This past month and a half I have started a 5by5 program which involves a lot of strength training. I usually lift 6 days a week and Sundays off. On April 18, 2006 I did back very heavy before the game. I have been told that your not suppose to lift heavy during season but I do it anyway. This season I am hitting the best that I have ever been in my life. Im leading my league in batting average and homeruns. My homeruns have gone longer and farther then I have ever hit in my life. I believe it has to do a lot with my 5 by 5 program. Well back to the story on April 18 in my first at bat I hit a curve ball in left center field for single. I am known in my league to be a really good hitter so all these pitchers know who I am. So im use to seeing a lot of curveballs. Anyway my next at bat comes up he throws me two curve balls in a row the first one was a ball the next one I fouled off. So im thinking to myself man I think this guy is going to try to throw me a fastball . I can see him dig into his mitt, so im sitting on a fastball. The next very pitch he throws a fastball and im sitting on it dead red and I take the biggest hack I could, BOOOOOOOOOM the ball explodes off my bat shooting an Arial bomb over the fence. The crowed went silent my team mates went silent everyone was just staring at where the ball landed. It was the longest home run of my life and I knew it when I cross first base. The only thought that I could think of is I hope someone can get that ball so I can give it to my bunny. She is really busy with training and work she has no time to come to my games so I thought I would bring a piece of the game to her. So I am giving this record setting ball to my one and only bunny. The ball is the longest home run ever hit at my home field. This means a lot to me but I really feel that Mandi should have it. I love her so much she has no idea, and this ball is a token of my love for her. Oh and by the way this home run was a BOMB it was the sickest Arial launch that anyone has ever seen !!! Barry Bonds aint got nothing on me !!!!"

He is a truly one of the GREAT people in this world … and I have been BLESSED over the last year or two to come in contact with some of the most AWESOME people I have EVER & will ever meet in my life...


...as with anything in life, there are many paths to take to reach the destination you seek ... Things always work out the way they need to .. and that’s all I’m gonna say ‘bout that :D

My workout last night took a little longer than usualy ... b/c the lady who does my BF made it a point to come up to me & ask questions about what I've been through. I must say I was so moved, and HAPPY to answer any questions she had. When she first did my BF way back in Feb when I started cutting, she was afraid to tell me the number ... I assured her I didn't care, it's not a big deal, over the next few weeks she is going to be amazed at what she sees ... can you imagine, "Poor girl ... I showed her and one of the other regular trainers the announcement ... if you Google "Amanda Victoria" Look on the right hand side, you will see a link to my story... and they read it (there happens to be a porn star by that name too, danngit!!!)

She indicated how refreshing it is to actually see such an amazing transformation, IN PERSON, every day, AM PM, busting ass, lifting heavy ... terrified of my falling backward & cracking my head (while Step Mill running) ... then going up stairs to crack out some sprints .... (You can see the runners upstairs from the lower open level) ... how it's refreshing for her to SEE someone follow through on what they say, and really give her all at something, and the Cancer issue just takes it to an infinite level ... you can imagine a trainer's frustration with some 'stubborn' people ...

Mary, if you read this, what you said really motivated me to try harder, even if you think that isn't possible. You are right, I love helping people, I LOVE doing this, this is ME ... I just need to get through these next few years.. good things will happen ... And I Thank you & Bob for taking the time out to really talk to and learn from me & my experiences, ask questions, shake your head when I walk by & smile :) ... you both encompass what trainers should be & I am proud to know you as well ... :rose:

There is also something else I'd like to share ... I just have to figure out how to post it ...


I am not the LEAST bit surprised by that story! I have only been with EF about two weeks or so and you are already a daily motivator to me!!! Hardly know ya girl... but I can tell you are one of those rare special people! And I am glad you gotta me here to EF!!! Thanks!

I usually run the slides b/c the elevation is wicked killed on the wheels & glutages :) ... burn baby burnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn... But those I would slip on and slide down with lots of splinters :)

That is just one part of acres of forest preserves with trails and the like... Garbage cans set up along the strip of the parking lot for sprints ... and the grass is 'not to hard, yet worn down by the horse trails that travel thru the area :)

It's really beautiful .. spend almost every day or so there last summer... too hard these days ...

I couldn't do 70 lb DB shrugs b/c one was missing ... some guy told me it was 'broken' ... I figure it was dropped by a "moron" ... ... Updating now ...

No time for stairs.. off to log, spray tan, then clean condo ... I'm so hunrgy & I just ate ... argh!

So I just wanted to say real quick that i am still reading through your log (i started at the beginning and think i am only about half way) and I think that I am MORE impressed by the day! The only thing that stinks is none of the pics show up anymore so I cant see the progress but reading alone amazes me and just thought you should know that... because its def making me wanna bust my ass even more then i do now ;)

CG, thanks man! I was waiting for you to post in my log :) :) My biggest achievement was 22 times .. running ... it was insane ... one of those 'in the zone' days ... to this day I cannot believe I made it past 15 ... as of late, even 10 is tough ... let alone my 1st attempt since last year, which was 5 (walk/run down) & 5 (run up run down) ... then sprints of course b/c I was peeved that's all I could handle ... good thing I have eyebrows... LOL sweat dripping blockers :)

It is not only amazing that your willpower is the most incredible that I have ever seen....
It is not only amazing the people that you motivate...
It is not only amazing the training that you do...

It is just amazing how all of that does not even scratch the surface of who you are.

I mean that...I don't impress very easily. I work out with guys that train with 7-800 lbs squats and don't think twice about it. They would fucking die trying if they trained like that and so would I.

Nelms - You can bring it up all you want ... there might be others out there that read this it may apply to and you'd be helping them... So by all means.. that is why I post the things I do, not trying to help only the person who brought it up, but others that may have the same/similar type problem, symptoms, questions, etc. :) So don't worry, really ...

However, I do not want you to be offended if you think I am not 'hearing' you or listening to you etc., I am :)

My situation is very unique and I say that because I am STILL trying a meet deadline, the actual date? who knows ... but I'm working on adjusting my schedule, tweaking some things etc. Also, I think it is important to say although I really put my life out there, and HAVE more so than ever the last few months ... there are some things I will NOT speak about on an open forum that play a huge roll in all aspects of my life right now, and that my freind, is sitting next to me in the front car of this emotional rollercoaster.

So with that said ... I laid down, slept for 3 more hours ... I said , Ok Nelms, 3 more hours for you ... my body & mind protested... & the dreams I had really made me wish I stayed up... ick ...
