Hey Aries! Thanks girl :) It's actually pretty nice out right now, cool breeze, great running weather ... but I'm spent ... and have a migraine ... eating then going to bed, train in the A.M. the hit the P's (Maybe?) not sure.. I have to go the gym by their house, as my new one is closed :)

I was going to break in the couch lol, & flip on the tele .. I haven't watch TV in forever.. I sat on the couch today & passed out for a nap (at my P's) .. I don't take naps ... oh well... have a great holiday T :)

We're staying in too... just rented a movie and stuff. Its really nice now here too... but im sure at home its better(im homesick :worried: ). We have training in the morning too so Im with you on that. REST WELL!!!!!!!!

Happy Easter Bunny!!!!! Mine is next weekend(im orthodox) and im happy b/c my mom will be here!!!

I have to go to a spa and have my lady spray it on me, not the auto spray booth type tans .. she mixes up a color that looks really nice on me, and not orangey ... hard with the hair color (red), but it's been lightening all by itself, so coloring looks a little better. :)

usually lasts about 1-2 weeks, depending on my YES usage .. shave, shower exfoliation etc will take it off VERY fast :)

When I got back to my condo, I feel asleep on the couch & woke up every 1/2 hour ... it was raining & sounded like a friggin rainforest off my balcony, it was the weirdest thing, kinda cool either way but I could not sleep for the life of me ... probably why it's after ten & I just got done making B-Fast ... My old gym is open until 3 .. so I have to pack my stuff, bring my own 'food', head back out to my P's & mingle with the family (mom dad bro, puppy, that probably it..)

I honestly do not want to leave the premises today ... & I may have to be forcibly removed ... :whatever:

Mom & comp will be here before you know it .. :rose:

- LBM has increased the last two times since my first BF track at the start of my cut
- Trainer doing my pinch had trouble grabbing my ab pinch b/c skin was tight <--- :verygood: ... tummy SHRANK & said, "ya look at that 6 pack starting to show..." :D
- I am NOT hung up on these numbers, again, it is a pleasant surprise to see I am on the right track...

I know!! ordered 2 more bottles! Its not that hot here yet.. but it can get up to 34c around july/august.. how can one workout in that heat! just dreading it! show us pictures of your tan too.. makes me wanna go and get it done! selfridges has a great tanning studio.. if yr in London, we'll get it done!

I found out from my trainer that yohimburn was... apparently used for impotent men...! to help them 'wake up' if u know what i mean! thought i'd share that lovely info! :heart: :)

Easter, I brought my precooked Chicken, sweet tato, & they have veggies here, so that's all I'll be munching on ... a table FULL of yummy food, I get to sit and stare at, BY CHOICE... and I'm ok with that :)

Just wanted to say Happy Easter! and good job with the will power and sticking to your diet! i did good too over at my aunts and stuck with the turkey, asparagus then brought my own sweet potato ha ha and rannnnnnnnnn when they brought out the homeade desserts :p

This morning at the gym I was leaving, IPOD blasting, when a lady kindly stopped me and gave me the "take out the earbuds" gesture... she proceded to tell me she was overweight, gained 40 lbs of it back & is back in the gym trying to get it back off ... she wanted my opinion & told me she was doing the BFL program, and I told her STICK WITH IT .. beginner, learning, fabulous!

I appreciate her taking to time to finally stop me, b/c she said she's been meaning to ... I offered to help when she needed it, and not to be afraid to ask :) ... She didn't have to pay me compliments and touch my back and say "Gurl you have one amazing back..." but since she did, that made me feel really good :)

Until I'm in full 'remission' I'd don't want to chance a move.. would not be smart at this time ... :rose: i.e. a little under 3 1/2 years ... :(

Breath, and ignore the BS, my husband has a lot of BS at work, some concerning him and some not. There is a lot of bickering at his work that he has to listen to and I just tell him to do his job and come home when it happens.....I know easier said than done....

If you enjoy your job then try ignore, if you don't I know it is a lot harder but try focus on what you are doing and not the people around you if you do enjoy it.....

If you don't enjoy you job and you are worried about the remission thing, why don't you look into taking a course here and there part time to get you closer to where you want to be?

I appreciate your concern & advice... :rose: I usually do not post THIS MUCH about my 'life' on here until recently ... I'm working on many things at this time .. I just choose not to post about them for fear things fall thru again & those blows can be CRUSHING to me, and were... VERY ... I don't want to jinx anything ... or put my foot in my mouth. I'll get to where I need to go, when the time is right.. just isn't now...

I can't get to the stairs during the week (outside ones I showed you that pic of) so this will have to do when i want to torture myself ... nah it's not torture, just my legs are the LAST THING to go and I need pics to document... this weekend right? I appreciate her taking to time to finally stop me, b/c she said she's been meaning to ... I offered to help when she needed it, and not to be afraid to ask :) ... She didn't have to pay me compliments and touch my back and say "Gurl you have one amazing back..." but since she did, that made me feel really good :)

Nope, have yet to try that... they (the 2 machines) are always occupied by 300+lbs 20+%bf... figure they need it more than I... so i stick to the bike or the tread indoors... I'll run sprints and bleachers outside as u know ;)

hmmm... I REALLY need to see how this week goes... well I KNOW it'll go well, but i need to see how well my body responds... I NEED to get past this "plateau" BAD! And I'll take photos, but if it's not notieable progress Ima be disappointed :rolleyes: ... I'm sure something will be different, but the slow boat to china is a pain in my ass, lol!

Lets presume the pics show no significant change (which I REALLY REALLY doubt...) that can only solidfy your dedication to clean dieting, no slip ups, scheduled cheats, maybe skipping on a drink (or whatever) etc., no?

This is a win-win situation, really it is. Motivation wins either way ... just two different paths to get there :) "Ain't to proud ta beg..."

Think about it ... How good you looked last night ... with the carb up ... COME ON! You're IN ... focus, train hard, the results will be there, esp. compared to last progress pics... :D Trust me :)

2 days, more cals, still expended more cals out .. headaches seemed to diminish a bit (unrelated to sesapure) … I think the 4-6 hours I do sleep, the V has been helping BIG TIME …

Bunny seems like havin some fun over in bunny land huh! Sprints are amazing, when i had to do them for baseball practices our coaches would make us puke, literally. Too bad i developed my shin splints(way worse than the norm shin splin injury just cant spell what its called), from runnin inside in the winter(when we arent leggally allowed to be "practicing" for the season our coaches would just supervise "the captain's workouts".

Every try running backways bunns? Really burns my calves out. GOOD LUCK and happy TUESDAY!

Persoannly i would love to see you incoporate some Cleans too! I know i sure as hell have too.

oh yessssssssssss... backwards runs are always fun haha! we used to have to do these things called 33's in basketball and softball its three times down and back forward, then three down and back backwards, then three down and back forward to end it... now thats a lot of fun let me tell ya
