I kicked my hammies & calves BUTTS this morning ... & man felt great b/c I was still feeling the glutes & legs from yesterdays brawl with sprints & the step mill … oh & I got in 10 more “No matta what” sprints this morning as well …
2 days, more cals, still expended more cals out .. headaches seemed to diminish a bit (unrelated to sesapure) … I think the 4-6 hours I do sleep, the V has been helping BIG TIME …
Anyway, I’m late, inhaling my food Catch ya’ll in a bit!!!
I updated it to 4-6 ... lets just say although it is true that most people need about eight hours of sleep a night, I am included in the ~10 percent of the population that requires less ... Please no lectures hun, I'm working on it
