Without the added Fat (which I've been intentionally leaving out) my cals of course drop.

I really need to keep my cals at or above 1800 to maintain as much of this muscle as I can ... that's my story and I'm sticking to it ... but that could change daily with me :D

BUT what will not change is NO horrendous cheats and I decided last night I'm not going to drink any alcohol for the next 30 days, well 30 days starting this past monday, to prove to myself it is yet another thing I can do.

PureCEE – Forgot to take this before w/o so I took 2 Post, will take 2 PM as well.
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 prior to each meal
Thermorexin – Forgot this today …
ALCAR – 2 caps AM 2 caps MIDDAY 2 caps PM
Tyr2 – 2 caps AM 2 caps MIDDAY 2 caps PM
Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM – 3 caps taken post AM workout, Possibly 3 Caps PM again
Levorex - 4 caps 3 x a day, usually with meal 1,3,5

Yeah so far I have had only had one shot, 1 bloody mary, and 1 choclotini this year.
The Bloody Mary I wanted, the shot someone put in my mouth (Don't ask), and the choclotini this girl was being sweet and bought me one and she didn't realize I wasn't drinking and they were $7 a piece so I drank it. My issues were more the sweets but that seems to have totally subsided now ever since I yanked the BC pill, and been on DMAE.

Hey Bunny, I have been reading your supps list in awe and noticed the other day you took 6-8 melatonin. Do you have trouble sleeping or was it a one off or do you take melatonin for something else? Just curious :D

I am really trying to avoid taking a sedative or get a RXN to take for this. I think it was more like 6 but still, Mr. B can take one and be tired ... :whatever: :D

It's not a nightly thing .. just last night I wanted to try it.
