So GE dude came today to fix my dishwasher ... I guess the power cord was loose & really, the condo association maintenece guy could have reconnected it but NO I have to wait two weeks for "GE" to come fix it. :rolleyes:

Then he gives me a new motor in my Micro, but doesn't have the turntable piece to allow for the plate to spin... has to mail me the part.

SO now I'm going to clean something ...

A.M. Workout … ShouldersI wanted to hit these hard today … didn’t help that there were a bunch of string beans chatting it up lifting (what should have been ) pink DB’s … Since there was no one squatting I used the Smith & S. Rack to do some exercises… They were still there so I said phuck it, grabbed the 50’s & did some shrugs … it felt good since I’m having Moose feelings … Treil I know you get what I’m saying … ;)

SMITH BTN PRESS – Focus a little below parallel
* Bar + 40 / 7 reps
* Bar + 40 / 6 reps
* Bar + 35 / 8 reps

SMITH PRESS TTF – Focus was below parallel, trying some things out I picked up from the guys over on the training board, without smacking my chin or nose with the bar :verygood:

That's why different equipment is made... Everyone has an opinion and it gives everyone a variety of things to do. I have a enough danger lifting heavier weights... I don't need to be on one of those things and twist an ankle and screw myself :rolleyes: For stability I would rather just stand on the ground like a Flamingo :)

hahahahahah that is GREAT, Completely the reason I have avoided it thus far ... I am afraid of rolling my ankle on that thing as well, previous injury from childhood, which is the cause for one of my imbalances :D lol
