Anyway,I havea question for you bunny and hope that you don't mind me doing this on your log,when you start a new meal plan..how long do you generally give it to see results?I know everyone is different and depends on training but just a guesstamite?I have been on mine for 3 wks,tried to be a wise a$$ and change my tuna and I could see an immediate halt to any weight loss,could that be from the sudden change?? :worried:
I would suggest this. Start a thread, a log or question thread, either works, and lets have a looksy at this DIET. It could be other combos of meals/times/portions or even your macros (carbs/protein/fat) may need adjusting. What do you do for training? Specifically ... Have you been cheating? Large than normal cheats that may be hindering your progress?

Just title it Critique/Suggestions please and the ladies will help offer some suggestions to get out of this rut :)

After a week of eating clean I can feel the weight (ala WATER) come off, HOWEVER 2-4 weeks is the range I look for and if nothing is happening or I'm stalling out, I'll change things around, adjust/tweak something.

Hey girly....I just got back from class. Today we made CAKE!!! LOL....we used 3 variations ..the control was the REGULAR cake with the oil, the 3 variations substituted raspberry yogurt(low fat), apple sauce, and prune puree for the fat. I ofcourse couldnt try any but the rest of the class said that the apple sauce and yogurt were AMAZING and better than the real thing. (The cake mix was betty cr. french vanilla yellow cake). Anyway, my teacher mentioned that this fat substitution applies to brownies and cookies and muffins as well. So maybe you CAN have the cake for cheat meal ;)

----also, diet coke can be substituted with brownies/chocolate cake only !!!

Cardio Breeze – 2 caps prior to AM Cardio / Workout
Yohimburn ES – Wipe down with warm cloth & applied full body & face about 15-20 minutes prior to Am w/o
PureCEE – 2 Caps Pre Cardio … I usually half dose on OFF days
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 prior to each meal
Thermorexin – Trying another cap early afternoon to curb cravings…
ALCAR – 2 caps AM 2 caps MIDDAY 2 caps PM
Tyr2 – 2 caps AM 2 caps MIDDAY 2 caps PM
Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM – 3 caps taken post AM workout, 3 Caps PM
Levorex - 4 caps 3 x a day, usually with meal 1,3,5
Sesapure – 1 to 2 caps 3 x a day
Neurogenex – 2 caps AM 2 caps PM
Melatonin – 6-8 tabs

• 9 oz Fierce Gatorade (red one) – much better than the blue with the ISO … now ISO is Tasteless, but I have an issue with chalky like concoctions & this was better …

10:30 A.M. –
Meal # 2 :
• ~ 1/6 Cup Riceland Long Grain Brown Rice
• ~5.25 oz Chicken Breast (cooked from fresh in Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic & Fat Free Olive Oil Spray)
• ½ Cup Cut Green Beans

1:45 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• ~ 1/6 Cup Riceland Long Grain Brown Rice
• ~5.25 oz Chicken Breast (cooked from fresh in Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic & Fat Free Olive Oil Spray)
• ½ Cup Cut Green Beans
• Diet Pepsi ... ICCCCCE cold JC :heart:

4:45 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 2 scoops ISO AGB
