Being a "loser" now of 91 lbs... I am really protective of the overweight community, and -- just like those folks who struggle with just going to the gym and being surrounded by 'pros' and hotties -- overweight people have to face that fear ALL DAY LONG, especially someone more than 130 lbs overweight.

WOWIE WOW! :elephant: GO YOU! That makes me so happy to see that people in this world are understanding of what it's like to work so hard, even if it's not the same type of "hard" they've experienced.

God -- I WISH someone would come up to ME in the gym lately and be like "WOW -- wtf are you up to lately?! You've shrunk!"

My students notice, so that is good enough for now. :) After all, they're the ones lookin' at my butt all day. ;)

Again, thanks for doin' that Bunny. Even I'm more inspired now to tell people (outside of WeightWatchers meetings) just how awesome they look. Thanks for opening my eyes a little more.


That is so true - FOREVER - I am going to be complimenting people like crazy tomorrow....and not just women. Ok, maybe just women, but it will be a start.

I want to take some supplyment for fat burning and just read on AF store. But I am still confused of what should I take ? I saw that you take Cardio Breeze, Levorex, THERMOREXIN and Yohimbine, could u give me some advice as I haven't take any supplyment before.

How do you react to stims?
Do you WANT a little extra boost?
Have you read my thoughts on Cardio Breeze already?

Just curious as to what you think about the product & what it 'can do for you' ...

There is always the Seas/Gluc combo, but if you need energy boost + Fat burning & can handle stims, NOT on an empty stomach in the AM = T-Rex

Why it's 4 am and I'm up = 2 Cardio Breeze & habit

Better use of cals from overeating & use of carbs = Sesa/Gluc combo

How that helps :)

Best fat burner in the world?? = Clean Diet :D
