So what conclusion did you come to as far as the StimX goes? Got a sample coming any day now.....

...I was having issues with what seemed to be acid reflux or heartburn. The only thing I changed that it could have been was the nightly Oxy. I haven't been using it for the last couple of days, but I'm going to see if a lesser dosage will stop the side effect :whatever:

Thumper ... You are reading TOO into things... That is my daily post for diet & training, I update usually hourly, per meal etc...

OK here's a generic play-by-play lol :

I have my Cardio Breeze sitting right next to my bed with 1 L of water ... 4 am, roll over, take them, chug water ... etc .... SO, I chug 1 L when I get up/as I get ready/on way to gym/at gym ... refill ... = 2 L by the time I get home / shower/ get ready / Supp Load #1 which requires MAJOR water as well ... etc... I have #3 sitting right in front me too ...

I've been meaning to tell you that I gave my son a bunny for Easter. His name is Fluffernutter. :D

I cannot make an accurate critique of a supp for a period of four days... which is all that is in the sample. I enjoyed it, got me thru a tough leg day, crashed post though, but since one of the main complaints is that the 'stim' fades quickly ... don't even FEEL it anymore & some never again, that is why I asked for 2 weeks to try it to give full analysis ... never received more or got a reply back... SO I would NOT buy a bottle unless testing it out first.

ABout the Oxy ... I can't imagine how you'd get AR from a nasal spray unless you were really loading up on it ... are you OVER dosing it?
 
Thanks for the support !!! What is your carb intake on the T-Rex days? What are you eating / drinking it with?


Hey Bun! Carb intake is mainly oats.. No bread, pasta well nothing carb.. but I'll make myself an oat yogurt with strawberries.. and have 2 bananas a day.. oats usually make me nice and full! When I get out of bed I'm just lacking in that morning energy buzz... I only drink water.. I don't like fizzy drinks.. and I've never touched alcohol and don't intend too! Can't stand the smell just everything about it!

morning
7/8am: 2 T-rex then workout when it kicks in!

then workout 45min to an hour.. straight after, protein shake..

10/11pm: banana, low fat greek yogurt

2pm: 1 T-rex and oat yogurt and good amount of nuts

4/5pm: Turkey and spinach burger (I make myself) with lots of salad and yogurt

Drink up to 3litres of water.. Then herbal tea before bed

Whats yr opinion bunny??
