All is good.. Lacking in abit of energy.. I think sometimes T-rex can work the opposite if its being used everyday! On Monday, I was so tired.. honestly I nearly slept all day.. Only in the evening I put 25min of slow..ish running.. My legs felt like Jelly tho..

Feel good today but not super super! So busy next week too, have to be in studio by 6.30am so better start workout 4.30am all next week! If I have the energy! Anyway Bunny will keep u posted as always!!!! Continue to be amazing! :) :)

Am I the only one that thinks the calipers are broken..... 13+%....w/ veins on your ab's....is this possible? I was thinking sub 10's for sure....anyway, like you say - it's how you look and feel ....... either way you are doing a tremendous job and your thread helps me in my life - thanks Bunn.

I also have a six pack & striations galore :) ... Only for tracking purposes ... My very reason for NOT getting hung up on #'s ... For everyone else shooting for a # goal? More power to 'em ... :) Just compare starting to where I am now that the pinch sites DROPPING ... Lean Body Mass increasing, WHILE I AM CUTTING, at a cal deficit and double timing at the gym ...

Proper meal timing? Food Choices? Training? Just LISTENING to my body ... I have been quite successful & it's posts like this that is what keeps me going. SO THANK YOU for helping me in MY life as well ...
