Just wanted to say Happy Easter! and good job with the will power and sticking to your diet! i did good too over at my aunts and stuck with the turkey, asparagus then brought my own sweet potato ha ha and rannnnnnnnnn when they brought out the homeade desserts :p

GREAT JOB GIRL!!!!! Way to go! Seriously so proud of you!!! That's the way to do it!
 
Bunny your self-control with only eating clean foods is simply amazing and admirable!!! :worthy:
i fell back into my old habits today and feel disappointed now, but i have to think positive that I will be back where I was!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :heart:

This morning at the gym I was leaving, IPOD blasting, when a lady kindly stopped me and gave me the "take out the earbuds" gesture... she proceded to tell me she was overweight, gained 40 lbs of it back & is back in the gym trying to get it back off ... she wanted my opinion & told me she was doing the BFL program, and I told her STICK WITH IT .. beginner, learning, fabulous!

I appreciate her taking to time to finally stop me, b/c she said she's been meaning to ... I offered to help when she needed it, and not to be afraid to ask :) ... She didn't have to pay me compliments and touch my back and say "Gurl you have one amazing back..." but since she did, that made me feel really good :)
