- Strength & Endurance Increases KEEP happening
- Scale Weight Dropping, slowly, but surely (I can care less! Just don't want it to DROP too fast at all)
- LBM has increased the last two times since my first BF track at the start of my cut
- Trainer doing my pinch had trouble grabbing my ab pinch b/c skin was tight <--- :verygood: ... tummy SHRANK & said, "ya look at that 6 pack starting to show..." :D
- I am NOT hung up on these numbers, again, it is a pleasant surprise to see I am on the right track...
- Ridding the alcohol has worked wonders for my body & mind & ability to drop Fat much easier...
- A clean Diet works wonders ... PERIOD

I know!! ordered 2 more bottles! Its not that hot here yet.. but it can get up to 34c around july/august.. how can one workout in that heat! just dreading it! show us pictures of your tan too.. makes me wanna go and get it done! selfridges has a great tanning studio.. if yr in London, we'll get it done!

I found out from my trainer that yohimburn was... apparently used for impotent men...! to help them 'wake up' if u know what i mean! thought i'd share that lovely info! :heart: :)
 
GOD you are making such GOOD and AMAZING progress.... not that I expected any less from you. Im so excited for you!!! THe measurements are incredible and youre all ready for a vacation and stuff!!!! Life is GOOD for the Buns!

Easter, I brought my precooked Chicken, sweet tato, & they have veggies here, so that's all I'll be munching on ... a table FULL of yummy food, I get to sit and stare at, BY CHOICE... and I'm ok with that :)

OMG do I love carrot cake ...

You are an absolute CHAMP :) ! My daughter is home from college this weekend and wanted to go to the Chinese Buffet today. I wish I could have sat there eating only the healthy stuff. I blew it but will be good the rest of the day.

Oh heck nah gurl ... Bunnies & chinese buffets do NOT mix ... that is a cheat DAY, b/c I'm bringing home leftovers .. and you know an hour later I'll be hungry again (always with Chinese!) ... oh, and lots of fortune cookies :chomp:

(Not talking about building abs now ... that is done in the gym as well )
