Well, yes there are things worse but UGH ... :worried:

YEP, I get sick as heck if I don't take my GNC vits with food. I actually used to go all the way though... No dry heaving. It was just to much for my stomach to handle. You're right about taking them with carbs because I would take them with like a chicken salad and that did no good.

I used it to do shrugs ... (same with him) ... for me though, per our last convo, when I grabbed the 60 lb DBs it felt like they were slipping, so of COURSE I go for the 65's right off the bat-a-tat-tat :D

FOR him, I didn't SEE it but he told me (the base is 45 lbs) + (3) 45's on each side + (2) 25's on each side + (1) 10 on each side + (1) 5 on each side ... so dats 445...

I need to work on my deads though ...

OH!!! I decided to try some unassisted dips after I wrecked the shoulders/traps & pumped out 5 good ones... :) untzz untzz untzz :elephant:

I'm at work, just finished a report and thought I'd check up on EF. The new GS report caught my eye - a profile on our Bunns!!! So I read it all - twice over and now I am sat here, in tears, feeling more kinds of different emotions than I can dare try and explain.

You are stunning - on the inside and the outside.

And I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your life with us here on EF and more personally, for whipping me into shape, giving me great advice and basically just being there to call on when I need to.
