bulking w/fina only to prevent fat gains?

andy, just curious, but why all the claims about being noticiebly leaner after fina, or being able to eat anything and not gain any bodyfat?
 
The steroid is not the key to gaining fat, but your diet. If you eat like shit, then you will gain fat. If you watch what you eat, then you will minimize any fat gains.

It is not unheard of for people to cut on androgens, like Anadrol or testosterone.

Fina is very good at helping your body synthisize protien. I am not sure of the claims you speak, but you can usually feel the heat after eating while on fine. I think the leanness comes primarily from your body being more efficient at using the food it gets and since its building so much muscle I think you actually end up using the food you do eat to build mass instead of storing it. The end result is you dont add as much fat. While the effects vary, you dont always lose bf while on fina, it all comes back to your diet.
 
Here's a question then. Say one is at about 14-15% after a bulking cycle and wants to use to use fina to gain mass but is equally interested in losing some bf. Would you advise calorie restriction, eating at maintenance, or full blown bulking, with each option being very high in protein? I've read many cases of peeps eating few calories but plenty of protein and losing bf in plenty but also gaining 10Lbs. + of muscle. Any thoughts?

Eating lots of carbs and fat is anti-catabolic. It is protein sparing. Because of this, your body will use more carbs/fat as energy and more of the protein you take in will be used for maintaining/building muscle. Then when you diet and eventually drop the bodyfat, you will have a lot more muscle to show for it. There isn't much way around it dude. But it's all temporary, and it will be worthwhile when the hard work is done, if it is ever done...

An interesting Q here. I am not sure if Fina is effective with a low calorie diet like Primo is. Anyone? I'm sure Tx knows.
 
i think tx will agree with me fina works no matter wut if u put in more calories and more protein you get more muscle
 
bump for nathan....how is it possible that fina can put on relativly large of lbm with a restricted calorie intake?
