bulking w/fina only to prevent fat gains?

i tried doing a cycle of Sust 750mg/wk and put on some fat. i was wondering about using finaplix alone to bulk, 2cc EOD and 1cc EOD (or 2cc ED? the more the better right?). since it doesnt bloat you like test does, do you think someone whose body stores fat easily like myself can prevent getting fat while bulking?
 
ok ok forget about bulking then. how about eating a moderate amount of calories and using fina to build lean muscle, say like Tito Raymond? the problem with bulking is that i hate feeling like a fatass and i hate taking a shit every 2-3 hours :mad:
 
ok, why not just do 75mg ED, not 150mg EOD...? Just wondering...BTW, more is NOT alwyas better! Fina can be very toxic and there are certain percasions you must take. Stick to a low dose and see how you do. If you do not like the water retention that you get from cycling, try primo at 400mg per week for 12 weeks (if you can afford it), 75mg ED fina for the first six weeks, and cycle off with clomid...if you gain fat easy, eat 300gms protein, 200grams carbs, and keep your fat in check...should work fine as long as you are not eating donuts all the time!:D
 
eating 300g of protein and 200g of carbs=2000cals

2000cals are not nearly enouph to make any significant gains.
 
There's a difference to being being fit and being big and bulky. The idea is to load up on the calories and protein to make sure your muscles can maximize growth and then change your diet - shed the fat after you have the muscle size you want.

There's a difference between training to be fit and training to be bulky....
 
Depressive--

Try not to get DEPRESSED, you simply have to find the diet that works for you. This is best achieved when your not on a cycle.

I dont know your stats- weight, height, bodyfat %, diet currently, cardio amounts, and type of training, but you should try different amounts for 3-4 weeks at a time and see which one seems to work for you.

I use different cal ratios for different goals.

Bulking-- Eat everything-At least 400grams of Prot- I am a hard gainer.
Cutting-- 60%Prot. 15%Carbs. 25%Fat.(You need some)
Maintaince-- 40%Prot. 35%Carbs. 25%Fat.

Based on your stats, we can tell you what you should do and try.
 
well i have no problem with cutting down but i've always wanted to get a body similar like tito's. stats are (after the bulk diet i tried) 15%bf, 218lbs, 5'10, 23 yr old male.
