bulking die critique please

how is this for my bulking cycle diet. i want to put on as much as possible with this cycle.

Work out
5:30 am-6:30 am due to my work schedule

MEAL #1 Breakfast
6 boiled eggs
2 slices toast (wheat)
whey shake w/milk
150mg Ala
2tbs flax
water


MEAL #2 Snack
Fruit salad
kippered snacks(like sardines 17gms protein per serving)
2 slices cheese
1 serving yogurt
150mg Ala
protein bar
water

MEAL #3 Dinner
2- grilled chicken breast or (2 cans tuna as sub)
1-cup brown rice
1 cup greens veggies
1-cup salad w/dressing
2 tbs flax oil
150mg Ala
water


MEAL #4 Snack
Apple
Bananna
kippered snacks(like sardines 17gms protein per serving)
2 slices cheese
150mg Ala
Protein shake w/ 2%milk
water


MEAL #5
12oz lean steak (2 cans tuna as sub)
1 cup paste w/alferdo sauce
1 cup veggies
1 cup salad w/dressing
2 tbs flax oil
150mg Ala
water

MEAL #6 snack
Apple
Bananna
2 slices cheese
150mg Ala
protein shake w/ 2%milk
water

i will be on 500mg sus and 400mg eq for 10wks and 30mg d-bol/day for 5 wks. i am 33 6'2" 265 right now high bf% 15 or so. 1 cycle before, been lifting for years.:rolleyes:

first thing i would suggest is to minimize the fruit, instead eat oatmeal, cream of wheat, potatoes, pasta, whole wheat breads brown rice for carbs. second thing to keep in mind is the carb intake before going to bed, carbs will raise insulin which may potentially make you gain unnecessary fat, also when you sleep your body produces growth hormone, now growth hormone will not be secreted if your insulin levels are up (gh and insuline can't be present in optimum levels at the same time) which will also lead to less lypolisis yeilding more potential for fat gain. another thing is skip on the cheese bro, focus your protein intake on lean red meats, turkey, chicken and eggs/egg whites
