Bulking cycle- when its time...

hey all,
25yrs 6'5 weight 275 (now) started training april 19 2009, and my starting weight was alittle over 350. I am going to drop another 40lbs or so and should be at my goal weight by the end of august. Start of September Ill will strat a bulking cycle and I am just wondering about gear and reading and learning as mush as I can before the time comes. Equpose and trenacetate is a cycle i was told would be good or dbol. Just wondering what is out there to add streanght and size..

please do a lot of research and train for a few more years before you begin juicing, it is essential that you have training and diet down or it is a waste. By the sounds of it you have a high bodyfat which i would suggest lowering before u start, you will be more sastified with your results. I wouldnt listen to advice you hear from your freinds or local juiceheads, get your info from here and find a reliable website with full steriod profiles. Wish you the best of luck, that is impressive weight loss bro.
 
bro you've lost 75lbs ..well done...keep going.. you've got yourself a long ways from bulking!! but id say testosterone is the base of any cycle..well most cycles..
eq and tren alone would not make a good cycle..!

your first cycle should be
1-10 weeks test cyp or enan for 250-500mg/weekly!!

but.. you should read more bro..

hows your diet..

post up your diet and training routine!!

thats also a good point by BIG A... that you shouldnt listen to the local juiceheads..theyll just be filling your mind with just do it.. dont worry its perfect for you...winstrol will make you lose..5000 lbs..but bro.. its all about diet and training... just stay around guranteed..there will be some good bros helping you out
 
thanks for the tips guys . figured that i was getting some bad info about starting off with tren and equ..will read up on test...... also i allways trained in the past but stopped and gain alot of weight now trying to get back to what i should of been ..

diet is down packed get about 2500 to 3000 calories a day - breakfest bowl of total with fat free milk and glass of oj - mid lunch , turkey sandwich =lunch peanut butter sandwich = dinner turkey burger or chicken veg's rice= get in two protein shakes a day and eat good amount of fruit through out the day .. i eat every 3 hrs or so ...

workout routine = abs are done everyday
day1=chest (flat and incline) tri's=10-15 min cardio in the begging and 20 min after , abs before and after
day2=legs
day3=shoulders,, cardio same routine
day4=rest
day5=chest (decline, wide) tri's =cardio same routine
day6=biceps=cardio same routine
day7=back=cardio same routine

i do about 24-36 sets for each body part at first rep 10 2nd 8 3rd 6 4th 10 ,,,,.... switch up exercises erevy other week..

Amazing job. You should be very proud of yourself.

Now, back to the topic, because there are a few HUGE alarm bells going off here:

1) CUT CUT CUT! Why would you want to drop all that weight and then BULK?
2) You have only been training since April? You are A LONG way away from being ready for AAS. You have a lot of potential to gain naturally (You're 6'5" for fucks sake...) with the right routine and diet.
3) Please heed the advice of the guys on this board, because I guarantee you that anyone knowledgeable will urge you to keep doing what you're doing NATTY. You can achieve so much more naturally from the position you are in.

Don't think of this in a close-minded way. The thought process of 'I hit my target weight, so now I can bulk' is not correct in your case. For someone who was dropped 10lbs and a few % in BF, then that would be normal. Not for someone dropping over 100lbs of fat.

If I were you, I would keep training on a super clean diet while doing fuck loads of cardio. Get your bf% down as low as you can, then start a bulk.

In my opinion, you are still a minimum of 6-12 months away from the point where you should consider bulking. And even then, I wouldn't bulk with the assistance of AAS.
 
thanks for the support ... in my mind i do feel that i should stay natty and im leaning more and more that way.. just people fill your heard with stuff and im just wondering about it and wanted to get advice from people that know and want to help (peeps like you) thanks again
 
Which is why you come to a place like EF and ask around! You took the right first step. You ASKED. Which is more than most people can say.

If you stay natty, you will not be disappointed. You still have so many rewarding goals to achieve that do not require any assistance from AAS.
