I was going to add in the front squats but my legs were shot!! This was a really good workout for me. I ate some simple carbs before I went and felt great!!

This was a okay workout I feel like the negatives and half pull ups will work I just feel like I'm not accomplishing anything lol.

Brit...I must say color me impressed. Some of your lifts in your leg workout are weights that I do. I gotta step my game up i guess.

Just put Front Squats in place of em and really see your quads get pretty!
