Let's make it fun and arm them with more then just pebbles as well. It should make for good TV! Better yet, let them find out where the border officer's family is as well so that everyone can play. Maybe he has kids of his own so that everyone age group can play this game.

If the border agent's kid goes meandering over the border into Mexico illegaly, then yes...I'm all for equality; the Federalis or whoever enforces that sort of thing have every right to shoot if that kid makes an aggressive move.
