Ugh ... what a week ... injured my right shoulder ... cannot indicate the exact point of pain ... somewhere inside is all I know ... it really affects my training ... no lifting last night, no lifting tonight either ... DAMN! :(

That sucks! Hopefully you just tweaked it, and it'll be fine with a little rest. What were you doing?

Training back & biceps ... think it was the lat pull-downs. Only started training last night ,warmed up and then injured ... but it's an old army injury ... just refuses to let go :)

I hear external rotator cuff work helps with shoulder strength
 
What a start to my day ... already buck loads of computer problems ... and my shoulder still hurts ... plus the prop pin from last night is also starting to act up :) I hate it, but I love it! :)
