Bones in forearm fel like they are breaking.

I assume it’s my forearm muscle pulling on the bone or some tendon problem. This happens after benching and stays with me for a few days.

For the time being I use pain relievers on training days. If I do not take the meds my hands shake the pain gets so bad. I assume it will go away but it has stuck with me for 2 weeks now.

Has anyone had a similar problem and how did you heal it?

Your not pulling the weight straight down to your stomach....you are pushing throught the support and doing a front raise. when you hit the support and your about 2 " off your chest you lead with your elbows and pull straight down..

At first I didn't understand what you were saying, but I took a broom and just mimicked the movement a few times and I see what I am doing wrong and how to correct it.

Thanks Mike.

BigW, I don't use a shirt, does this still apply. I think its becasue i started to use wrist wraps. I never used thm before and withthe added support it forces me to keep my wrists straight.
With my broom I see how I was bringing my hands in front of my elbows.

Spatts, I don't do speed bench anymore.

it has nothing to do with the wrist wraps my man, trust me I delt with it for over a year and if I FUCK UP MY FORM i STILL FEEL IT. Trust me if you keep your wrist behind your elbows it wont hurt

I feel it in other movements only because the bench irritated the forearms.

I have this problem to, answered a thread on this topic a couple of days back.
Anyway first of all I wanna say that I really REALLY feel with you and know your pain.
Second try using elbow pads/straps It works for me, it still hurts but the pain is then acceptable. I cant explain why it helps but it does for me. I cant go heavy without the pads and straps.
