Bodyfat < 10%

I realise there isn't a diet that works well for everyone, but I was just more curious than anything as to what these guys are eating.

I have recently cut to 10%, and my diet is having to be very strict to stay there. I don't think it's something I'd want to run year-round.

Just wondering whether the bros who are staying more cut than that are able to eat what they like, or whether they just have loads of willpower :)
 
I'm 31. I had a ton of shit screw my life up last year and I ate like crap. I got up to 12%. When I saw myself in a picture I was ready to kill myself. I have never been so depressed. I moved to 8.5% fairly quick... slacked a bit and I am currently at a little over 9%. I don't like what I look like unless I am below 8%. The best I ever did was stay right around 6% for two plus years. I grew during those years too! I wish I had that dedication and drive again! On my way though!!
 
I got alot to learn, I stay at like 11 - 12 % never lower than that! I would love to drop to 8 % but I lack the knowledge, and mostly the will power to adhere to a crazy diet! Any ideas, for someone like me, I'm 26, 200 lbs, workout 3 days min, run on the other 2 days, and Play softball and Football on weekends, what else could I do to cut body fat!!
 
My legs are ripped, i got a huge ass thoug ...everytime i checked my body fat its 10% lowest 9% ...the girl that always checks me competes ..she's pretty big, id be suprised if she was wrong, i hope so thoug.
 
I've come to the conclusion most people here drastically underestimate BF.

Clen & T3 probably, lol. I stay at about 8-10 year rould. Im on a bulking cycle now, eating every hour and a half to 2 hrs, and still around 10% b/f. Yeeeaaaah for test.....

You look lower than 10%, bro.
 
unless your worried about stepping on stage who gives a rats ass..build then carve..im not saying eat mcd's every day but anyone and i mean anyone here with determination can get ripped to shreds in 5 months..however you CAN'T, unless you have very low goals, build a quality physique in 5 months!!! if youre at a higher BF% you have to be strict even when bulking the majority of your weight gain should come from new muscle..if your at a low bf then you can be more loose with your diet..i just think the constant yo -yo effect of diet/bulk is counterproductive unless your keeping things in a tight range like NS..but to go from 15 to less than 8 only to turn around and bulk again seems point less..
