Update]
Bodyweight currently 97kg, body composition starting to look nice and dicey. Few new lines.
Diet-
-
Few changes have been made to diet and pharma. These being reduce carbs and fats.

Removed avocado and reduced Greek yogurt (breakfast) and rice (dinner) and sticking to the focus on electrolytes and water intake.
Extra takeaways- haven’t experienced any cramping during training and anymore. Pumps have definitely improved.
Training has been pretty good, still pushing for strength and seeing progression. Have notice my endurance tapering off towards the later sets.
Pharma-
a few new introductions thanks to
@Corepharma mainly an introduction to Nolvadex at 20mg/ day.
Will be introducing Retatrutide soon but will update once future introductions are made.
