Body fat % needed to look shit hot

One of my friends who is very thin skinned got calipered @ 1.2%... so there is alot of variation when it comes to how you measure bf.
for sure, i was calipered at 3% which we know is not possible, and then i got hydro statically weighed and was 6.5 but they thought i was closer to 5%, i guess a lot of it depends on how much you blow out. they are plus or minus 2% usually, i want to do the x ray. abs are weird Steel for sure, cause i know guys that are for sure 5-7% and they barely have abs, its genetic i think, i'd kill for makavelli's abs

lolol. A great deal of it is owed to genetics. Some guys show abs at higher body fat than others. Same with women. Sassy69 (a moderator on this site) competes and has to get down to 8% to get the look she wants. Other women compete at 10 - 12%.

True - but just to give context - you won't find successful bodybuilders competing at 10-12% - - that's fine for figure - not bb. (I do bb.)

Nah, I've seen it in the flesh. My childhood buddy was once recorded at 3% and was told that's the BF% of olympic sprinters (probably gymnasts also). The guy is a human anatomy chart. He was always athletic and shredded, but once he started his masters degree in nutrition, he just got insanely ripped. He has his own personal training business and is opening his own gym soon. He gets clients becasue ppl see that he's the real deal. He never did gear and doesn't need t3 and masteron to show veins comng out of his fkn 8 pack. It pisses me off. lol. Every striation possible is showing on this kid.
 
Its been a while since I seen mine LOL they are lost Reward if found.

i have been at 7-8 % with a 8 pack but remember i trained for years to get em but HGH was a good thing for me had a six pack for ever but after a few HGh cycles had an eight pack but like someone posted 6-8 % is good put as much into abs as you do chest and biceps and they will come

I would have to agree with you DOC 1.2% is definately bullshit, I seriously dont think that is possible on anyone. And 3% is possilbe but stupid. a buddy of mine ate grilled fish every meal along with supplements for a 11 months, not only did he feel like shit he said he couldnt walk barefoot or even sit on a toilet seat without it hurting. He also ended up with an eating disorder as well.
