Blood Test Results wtfff.... eq and sust

Absolutely! We all know that he is probably not even eating that much on a consistant basis anyway.

Reminds me of a friend of mine... He said "I love protien shakes; they taste great"

I said "they taste terrible and are distgustingly thick." he said "thick?" I said "yea, thick. Yours are not?" he says "nope" then I ask "how do you make yours?" he says to me "a glass of water and a scoop" ! SCOOP?!!?

i proceed to explain that he need to use at least three scoops to get 60 grams in a shake. He says "yuck" I say "yea, no kidding.."

I did this very same thing a while ago I thought I was eating properly and recorded everything I ate for a week and it came up to not even 200 grams a day.

Dewd, double your intake. Eat everything in site for a few days and get your muscles fueled back up and rest a few days, maybe go 4 days a week to work out. In the mean time, search on diets.

everyone is different, but I can't imagine working out 6 days a week, I would wrecked and going backwards!

Good luck

I didn't list all I ate, I was just trying to explain what I eat.
the bottom line is I eat alot somewher b/w 4000-6000 a day
I make a 2 liter jug of protein every morining. I usually put anywhere bewteen 7-8 scoops of protein in just that alone. That 150-180g of protein plus I add a quater of a cup of nesquick power. Bottom line I doubt the diet is the problem......................but i really really wish it was......cause it would be simple to just eat more.............what im asking is there any possible way that one could eat right, train right , have a high test level and still not reach optimuim results?????
btw........I always feel tired, if i work out more than an hour i get dizzy and fall alseep(and i eat a full meal before i work out)

I would aslo like to mention that 2 of my friends (first cyclces as well) are also on the smae gear as me.....with similar resluts.........i don't know how they train or what they eat however.
Im 20 years old @ 174lbs..............I gain more weight with creatine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!not on it now

There is a way to eat right, train right, get proper rest, and still not grow well....GENETICS. You sound like a very hard gainer. If you're eating 4-6000 per day and have a T level of 3200 then you seem to have genetics that prohibit you from ammassing slabs of muscle. This doesn't mean you can't grow. You need to tinker around with your training. Juice is not an answer. It is an assister. I suggest you quite looking to your gear as either the determinging factor or inhibbiting one of your gains or lack there-of. Concentrate on eating and training. AS can only work within genetic confines.

You posted your diet....Now post your training. 6 days per week is most certainly too much however.

Training.

6 days per week is most certainly too much however.

Bingo Beezer.

I am by no means a vet or know it all, I can only offer what I have found to work for myself.

Six days a week is insane IMHO. Honestly I have had some insane and intense workouts on my first cycle, I added 25lb a week to my squat and deads on weeks 2-5! I had to rest 2 days after each. I can't even imagine what 6 days would do. I have seen it posted many times before, you don't grow in the gym only when your resting. This could also be the reason you are feeling tired all the time with ho hum workouts, your CNS is fried.

Get some rest (3 days min) and let's see your training.

I would be scared to eat before working out, I'd prolly puke it up.

I have good luck with post workout shakes keeping me up to par and recovering faster (90g Dextrose, 60 g whey and 30g of BCAA). Squat and dead days I follow it up with another 1 hour later.

Good luck!!!
