Tarentino99

New member
In in my 9th week of 400mg eq and 250mg sust( 1st cycle) with little result.
All in all i'm up 8lbs(not lean).
I hadn't felt anything untill the 5 or 6th week and so I started to think their was somehitng wrong with the sust.
anyway I went for a blood test and my test level was a 3800, which the doctor tells me is about 4 times what is normal.
I've been training hard and eating well, but i feel tired and my streght has only increased slightly.....
I don't under how my test is high and
a)I havn't gained crap
b)I'm tired

Im thinking of extending my cycle to 13 weeks swictching from sust to enanate(since i have a bottle already) and throwing prop in there............but my doctgor sez to halfin whatever it is im taking b/c my test level is to high?????????????????/

any info.........help
basically how can it be that my test level is high and i look and feel like crap

thankssss

Your gear isn't fake....That's proven by your blood test restults. (300-1100ng/dl is normal). The problem is in your diet. If you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough. It really is no more complicated than that. Just because you "think" you're eating right doesn't mean you are. Post your diet. Without sufficient resources(food) your body cannot build muscle tissue. The whole point of AS use is to increase th body's ability to convert dietary protein into muscle contractile protein. This cannot be accomplished if calories are too low. Carbs and fats are vital for growth, so to assume that all that matters is protein intake is a recipe for poor gains. Rest and training may have a hindering hand in your lack of progress, but in all liklyhood it's your diet.

HERE, since you are new, and its your first cycle ill cut you some slack

take your bodyweight, multiply it by 20, this will be your minimum daily caloric intake, from that shoot for 40% of total calories coming from protein, 40% coming from carbs, 20% coming from good fats, eat chicken, tuna, beef for your protein, potatoes, oats, breads, grains for carbs, include some nuts for your fats

train 4-5 times per week, each body part once per week, heavy training, 9sets for small bodyparts, 12 sets for large body parts

sleep at least 8 hours per day

I train 6 days a week
I slept alot( I think too much 8-11 hours a day)

i eat alot, The eq makes me feel like eating hay, I can't go 2 hours without eating.
this is a normal day
10am- eggs 4-5
12am-eggs 4-5
2pm protein shake some ceral
4pm turkey burger
6pm protein shake
8pm grilled chiken
etc
I crap like 3 times a day!!!
I've read all this stuff before
Is there anyway my body is breaking down test somehow

How much do you weigh? This does not seem like alot of food for growth.

4-5 eggs?? where are the carbs? thats all fat and protein, add oats, potatoes, rice, bagels, you are not eating much at all; training 6 times per week is a bit too much; sleeping is good

yea bro, by looking at that diet doesnt look like your eating sufficiently...maybe clean but not enough...i probably twice that amount but thats just me, i weigh 225, gotta eat eat eat...Train Harder brought up a good question, what do u weigh?

What, that looks like my cutting diet, EAT BOY EAT!!!!! I like to consume ATLEAST 5000 calories when bulking. Jesus crist every day is a free day, go buck wild!

Aim for 300 g protein and atleast 500-600 g carbs.

This is your problem. The sooner you face the music the sooner you can mend the problem. To be blunt....Your diet is awefull. First of all it is very low in total calories. Secondly your macronutrient profile is disasterous. You are eating nearly no carbs. What effect does this have? What protein you are eating is undergoing gluconeogenesis. It is being converted to glucose to provide usable fule for the body. This will limit training intensity, increase protein degredation, and blunt protein synthesis. Your training six days per week is only digging the catabolic hole deeper. By training so frequently and by avoiding carbs your body is degrading muscle tissue during your workouts to make glucose to provide ATP for muscle contraction. Your problems have nothing to do with your gear. It sounds like you are overly relient on the gear to perform a miracle for you. I'm not flaming you. This is genuine help, however, it is also genuine honesty. Please question your diet. Your gear is fine. A T reading of 3800 is not human and that is exactly the point of AS use. By not eating right you will not grow no matter how high your androgen levels are.

You are eating good protein sources, but with every one of those meals you should also be eating a wholesome carbohydrate. Like I said, it isn't just about protein intake. If you want to get big you are going to have to eat big. Hell....If you want to grow, period, you're going to have to eat significantly more food and those calories need to come from carbs.

I'm with everyone else on this one! With what you said you eat in a normal day, what maybe 2000cal/day... Not even close. Double that atleast....

People

are taking this low carb thing to serious. Save that for
AFTER YOU HAVE THE MASS
.

To gain mass you better eat upwards of 400-450 grams of carbs a day at least. Hell I can only eat 200-250 grams of protein and make gains at 265-270lbs because my carbs are high. Now when I finally up my protein to 350+ and take my carbs a little higher, more gains. This shit is simple really, getting big is not rocket science at all. Fuck those timed and measured meals when you want to grow. Eat whenever and wherever. You just had a meal at 1'pm and its 2pm, so what EAT! Yeah you may put on a little fat, but those who are scared to get a little fat never develop the big dense muscles they want. For godsake you are on anabolics, if you are busting your ass in the gym your body is going to take those calories and make muscle. The harder you train, the more you eat, the bigger you get.

I see people 175 lbs talking about they aint gaining. Than I look at there diet, they are getting twice as much protein as me, but only like 150 grams of carbs. LOL People just don't know how important carbs are to growing.

Now when you diet remove the carbs. When you want more mass introduce them again.

The number one reason why people can't gain with juice is DIET. The close second is being scared to put on fat. People want to keep a six pack while increasing their arms from 16 inches to 19 inches. Thats going to take serious calories and you might smooth out. Nothing you couldn't lose with 2 weeks of dieting on the back end of your cycle.

this is a normal day
10am- eggs 4-5 24g
12am-eggs 4-5 30g
2pm protein shake some ceral 60g[
4pm turkey burger 30g
6pm protein shake 60g
8pm grilled chiken 30g

TOTAL Protein 234g

this is your first problem. I assumed your drinking 60g shakes and did not count any carbs. Unless you weigh 100 pounds this is your problem.

spiderbaby, he is luck if he is getting 234g of protein. I would guess his protein shakes have less then 60, more like 44g's! He definitly needs to up the daily intake of protein and carbs...

Absolutely! We all know that he is probably not even eating that much on a consistant basis anyway.

Reminds me of a friend of mine... He said "I love protien shakes; they taste great"

I said "they taste terrible and are distgustingly thick." he said "thick?" I said "yea, thick. Yours are not?" he says "nope" then I ask "how do you make yours?" he says to me "a glass of water and a scoop" ! SCOOP?!!?

i proceed to explain that he need to use at least three scoops to get 60 grams in a shake. He says "yuck" I say "yea, no kidding.."

I did this very same thing a while ago I thought I was eating properly and recorded everything I ate for a week and it came up to not even 200 grams a day.

Dewd, double your intake. Eat everything in site for a few days and get your muscles fueled back up and rest a few days, maybe go 4 days a week to work out. In the mean time, search on diets.

everyone is different, but I can't imagine working out 6 days a week, I would wrecked and going backwards!

Good luck

I didn't list all I ate, I was just trying to explain what I eat.
the bottom line is I eat alot somewher b/w 4000-6000 a day
I make a 2 liter jug of protein every morining. I usually put anywhere bewteen 7-8 scoops of protein in just that alone. That 150-180g of protein plus I add a quater of a cup of nesquick power. Bottom line I doubt the diet is the problem......................but i really really wish it was......cause it would be simple to just eat more.............what im asking is there any possible way that one could eat right, train right , have a high test level and still not reach optimuim results?????
btw........I always feel tired, if i work out more than an hour i get dizzy and fall alseep(and i eat a full meal before i work out)

I would aslo like to mention that 2 of my friends (first cyclces as well) are also on the smae gear as me.....with similar resluts.........i don't know how they train or what they eat however.
Im 20 years old @ 174lbs..............I gain more weight with creatine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!not on it now

There is a way to eat right, train right, get proper rest, and still not grow well....GENETICS. You sound like a very hard gainer. If you're eating 4-6000 per day and have a T level of 3200 then you seem to have genetics that prohibit you from ammassing slabs of muscle. This doesn't mean you can't grow. You need to tinker around with your training. Juice is not an answer. It is an assister. I suggest you quite looking to your gear as either the determinging factor or inhibbiting one of your gains or lack there-of. Concentrate on eating and training. AS can only work within genetic confines.

You posted your diet....Now post your training. 6 days per week is most certainly too much however.

Training.

6 days per week is most certainly too much however.

Bingo Beezer.

I am by no means a vet or know it all, I can only offer what I have found to work for myself.

Six days a week is insane IMHO. Honestly I have had some insane and intense workouts on my first cycle, I added 25lb a week to my squat and deads on weeks 2-5! I had to rest 2 days after each. I can't even imagine what 6 days would do. I have seen it posted many times before, you don't grow in the gym only when your resting. This could also be the reason you are feeling tired all the time with ho hum workouts, your CNS is fried.

Get some rest (3 days min) and let's see your training.

I would be scared to eat before working out, I'd prolly puke it up.

I have good luck with post workout shakes keeping me up to par and recovering faster (90g Dextrose, 60 g whey and 30g of BCAA). Squat and dead days I follow it up with another 1 hour later.

Good luck!!!
