Ok, I have to admit that I'm slipping. I would be ok with a slight increase in weight here but I have gone to by dark side a couple times. I need to get myself back to the weights and the treadmill. No more excuses for me. I have cheated numerous times this week, Taco Bell, Wendys, Big burritos, ect. I have still been eating well here and there but Im definately not being committed enough when I started. Im gonna be out of town on project for a few days so I will do the best I can eating wise but I must recommit myself on Monday when I get back. The only positive is that I will be mentally and physically working my tail this weekend.
Hi Ilk, happy new year! My wife has been doing very good. She has actually been more committed than me as of late. She has been pretty involved with the yoga at work and she's enjoying it.
