Biggest peev in the weight room

The guy who has all the props but doesnt lift any weight. EX. construction boots, gloves, pulling straps, wrist staps, belt, knee wraps.

he is usually in the squat rack shrugging the 95lbs barbell. or curling in the squat rack using all lowerback.lol

Im sure you have seen him..oh i forgot..He also has the super potent power drink.lol

haha, yea I love the power drinks dudes....some of them look like they need to be home sleeping anyway

My biggest pet peeve is: Someone making fun of someone in the gym for poor techniques. Especially younger guys or Brand new folks. I think the same thing of most of you guys. "What in the hell was that guy doing?" or "This woman comes into the gym and hits every single machine every single day."

They are in there to better themselves. More than likely can not afford a trainer to educate them. I let them know am not going to train them and I would not recommend anyone a PT from my gym; bunch of Mickey Mouse's and Goofy's. But 90% of them have ZERO clue. Why not point them in the right direction and encourage them. Internet sites to educate them on form, diets, etc. There are a few sites that are beginner friendly. Saves them time from lack of progress and helps keep them motivated.

This opens up a major concern for MOST: NOW they think they can bother you whenever they want.

You can weed out the ones that are there for the social club meeting and the ones that genuinely looking to learn and take it serious. These are some of the folks I do not mind talking to.

Kids that don't use collars with ridiculous weight they can't lift.

People that just create lifts that are pointless and work nothing.

3in squatting.

People that always smell like B.O. (lysol your gym bag once a week wtf)

Retarded fat or skinny people that offer hot chics advice when they know absolutely nothing about lifting technique, training, or diet.

doing barbell curls on the squat rack...

Unless you're goin to curl 405 lbs, move the fuck over!

I know it's a little off topic, but what's more impressive. Strict 200 lbs curls or 405 lb squats? I'd go with the curls.

Ahmmm... I think someone who can do strict curls with 200lbs can easily 405lbs unless it has real bad knees.

I never thought i would live to see this but yesterday I had this problem with a punk ipod ass who was doing bitch ass curls when I wanted to do squats, I was about to start a war. Luckily we have to two squat racks.
