Lol liffalot
Been a very busy couple of days with the birth of my first little one, but I got in a good S&E Marine Corps run on sunday before the labor started.
It's a total of 5 miles, stopping every .5 miles to do a 100 rep workout that alternates between pushups, crunches, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, bicycle kicks/flutter kicks, steamrollers, and burpees.
It sucked dick.
The first few workouts I felt strong and pumped. By the time I hit mile 4 for the last 4 workouts, I was getting gassed and forcing myself to pound out those last few reps. After the last half mile, I couldn't bear the thought of one more burpee lol
So I settled for three bleacher sprints and a little walk to cool everything down.
Talk about fucking sore!!!!! I was getting pumps in the delivery room after bending down for an extended period of time, and one of the nurses who started my wife's IV made a comment about my tone and vascularity

I got away with that one
Feeling strong overall, and up to 193 today even after not eating yesterday. Pigging out on all the free boiled eggs at the hospital today though!
