Wednesday, day 3. Hungry as fuck again. Spent a good hour last night texting psizzle about candybars and shit...
IF sucks ass.
Anyways, feeling SUPER dry. I'm looking a bit leaner, i'm assuming the Katana plus the Aromasin are starting to get some water out.
I'm getting itchy too, when I break a sweat I feel like scratching myself with a cheese grater...
Anyways, took my first katana caps on an empty (very empty) stomach and got some jitters from the caffiene, so I won't be doing that again. Didn't need a preworkout though
Was supposed to do legs today, but decided to do my first pure cardio day instead. Started with a 3 mile run in just over 18 minutes, which is great for me. Still not feeling the GW yet or much off the Katana, though I will say my muscles have a harder feel to them. Almost like a cramp, but not painful.
After my run, I did a bunch of weighted burpees which sucked. Then did 4 planks at 2 minutes each. Mountain climbers X100, then 120 crunches.
Did a slow jog for a cool down and a lot of stretching, as I'm still very sore from my new routine. Loving it!
Vascularity is starting to pop a little, and I can NOT wait for this Katana 3 to kick in around the same time as the GW does. This run is going to be awesome bros!
