Big Guy Arms?

You dont think 150 are very good? What are you trying to attain big arms or you want to be one strongest guys in the gym. let me ask you this would it bother you if you had 19 arms but could only do 80 pounds doing pressdowns?

i agree for the most part. Look at those guys on worlds strongest man by metrx. I wouldn't want to look like those guys, no matter how much they can lift
 
I'm 5'9" 245 and have 18 and 17 1/2" arms...My arms just wont grow any bigger with what I'm doing....Thats why i'm thinking tren...

If you want to get bigger you`ll have to deal with heavy weights.

Your workout routine is the key! Steroids are required of course and I`d recommend test at megadoses but most important part of your success is your workout routine!
 
I'm 5'5", 191lbs, about 11%bf, just started a bulking phase with 1g/week of test E. Holding no water with aromasin and nolva, and my arms measure 17 cold, 17.5 pumped, sometimes more. And yet, I sometimes only do db curls with 30-35lbs max, and EZ-bar curls with 25lbs on each side and that's it. Your muscles don't know how much they're lifting, if you use strict form and squeeze that contraction for a nice mind-muscle connection, you can get huge arms from moderate weights. I have used upwards of 135lbs on barbell curls before, 60lbs on db curls, and over 165 on skull-crushers, but mostly that just made my back, elbows, and wrists kill me. It's all about using exercises that work for YOU, not for someone else. If it works for you, stick with it... if it's not working, change it. Simple as that.
 
I'm 6' 0" and have 19" arms, but my reach is 78"...my buddy is 5' 8" and has 16.5" arms...to me, his arms look bigger than mine.
