Mine used to be small. Actually, I remember girls making fun of it in highschool, but once I hit college I began squating, romaniand and regular deadlifting, and leg pressing. These have really helped put some size on my legs and arse.

if there is muscle there, you won't get complaints. and that goes for everywhere. i don't think you'll ever hear...."oooh that area is too muscular", if you do, move on. for every girl who likes skinny guys there are 5 that like someone with some power behind them.

Dude I have a huge ass man it sucks!!!! yeah girls love it but is a bitch to find nice fitting pants and cool looking jeans faded style!!, I have to get size 38 fucking 38 to fit my ass and thighs while in my waist is loose I hate it but comes with the territory
your overtraining your quads (12 sets) and under training your hamstrings (3 sets)...If I were you I would only do 6 sets of quads...squats and leg press...and do 6 sets of hamstrings...Leg Curl and Stiff legged deadlift....remember intensity is the key to building muscle, not volume....Goodluck.
