big glutes

Mine used to be small. Actually, I remember girls making fun of it in highschool, but once I hit college I began squating, romaniand and regular deadlifting, and leg pressing. These have really helped put some size on my legs and arse.

i was joking too.

but when i was bent over doing bent over bb rows, my friend 2 weeks ago said "man u got a big ass"

then someone else yesterday when i was bent over bb rows goes "nice ass man"

so its more of a joking thing than a gay thing (not like theres anything wrong with that)

from sprinting and trowing in track and pitching in baseball to heavy squats/deads
the chicks seem to liek it though
cept now i have to buy jeans with a 38" waist to get my ass and thighs into em
 
if there is muscle there, you won't get complaints. and that goes for everywhere. i don't think you'll ever hear...."oooh that area is too muscular", if you do, move on. for every girl who likes skinny guys there are 5 that like someone with some power behind them.
 
thanx for the support guys i didn´t know that so many of us had that kind of "problem" and yes my ass is quite muscular like i said im skinny 185cm 87kg
and my leg routine is it good? any sugestion?

Your leg workout is ok, but you're neglecting your hams (only see one exercise there). I'd throw in stiff-legged deadlifts to work your hams.
 
Dude I have a huge ass man it sucks!!!! yeah girls love it but is a bitch to find nice fitting pants and cool looking jeans faded style!!, I have to get size 38 fucking 38 to fit my ass and thighs while in my waist is loose I hate it but comes with the territory
 
your overtraining your quads (12 sets) and under training your hamstrings (3 sets)...If I were you I would only do 6 sets of quads...squats and leg press...and do 6 sets of hamstrings...Leg Curl and Stiff legged deadlift....remember intensity is the key to building muscle, not volume....Goodluck.
