It's true, vitamins kill the taste. Everybody uses a multi anyway so putting it in a protein shake is pointless.

And aminogen...not a fan of adding extra. I should have listened to you froma a post a few months back. No need to add anything extra (except maybe a sweetener), its perfect; don't mess with perfection.
 
True that...

i just got my newest shipment yesterday of BB, Nothing but Stevia added and it rocks..taste is fantastic (Recommend not adding alot of water, I used 16 oz per serving) I think the taste is right on. I'm just going to use it before/after workout due to the carbs in it.
 
How many BB shakes are you guys having a day? When? PWO? That stuffs not cheap that's for sure.
 
I try to keep it at once a day but its more like 2 or 3 times depending on how pressed for time i get. Yep its not cheap but its so worth it.
 
Hmm..I was thinking of adding it at one a day and keeping my normal stuff for my other 2. Crap load of cholesterol in that stuff. If you were only doing one when would you do it?
 
I would do it Post- workout if you are doing it once BUT if you could do it 2-3 times it would be best for maximum digestion and overall results in short period of time. Morning, Postworkout, and Bedtime.

Yep, I usually do it post work out and before bed. I alternate days of BB before bed and the Aussie Casein before bed. I mix Aussie Casein with 2 tsp super plasma and I'm good to go
 
I do one shake pre (and drink it during) and one shake after for post.

I dish in a scoop of BCAA power and Glutamine for both as well. For my PWO i add in one scoop of Super-Plasma too.
