Nitro tech bars!! while at work at vitamin world (not main job also in college) but i have held a world record i have consumed 87 nitro tech bars in 12 days Yes!!!!!!!!!!! and i am ripped and have gained 40lbs lean mass eat that brad baker.

just something for a good old laugh its not always serious but i did eat 87 nitro tech bars in 12 days hey its gets boring in there got to challenege my self some how

Which one do you have? I have the Chocolate Chip 6 carb one and it takes me 2 hours to finish it. Its pretty thick. I guess thats because I was using t eating the Mesotech, which was alot lighter, and also contained alot more cabrs
